Set up in 2020, Ro&Partners is a consulting firm created by female leaders. They are committed to developing a leadership movement for organizational transformation centred on well-being and human development. The management of human capital must be prioritized by leaders if they wish to have sustainable growth within their organizations.
Our two companies have come together to collaborate on this mission. The E-Coach Associates community is here to serve Ro&Partners and to meet the needs of its customers on the African continent. It is a new, international page for us that we look forward to seeing open fully.
Through the cultural and sectoral diversity of our coaches and our presence on the African continent, it seemed logical to us to create this rich, promising partnership to support their human development and organizational transformation projects.
